a Certified Pediatric
Sleep Consultant
and mom of two kids, ages 3 and 1. Sleep didn’t come easily in my home—but having the right support with both of my children changed everything. That experience is why I created Rest Is Best in January 2026: to serve as the reliable, supportive guide I luckily found when sleep felt impossible.
My approach is rooted in empathy, consistency, and flexibility, teaching an essential lifelong skill in a way that is responsive, loving, and developmentally appropriate. Even when emotions arise, your child will remain supported, safe, and deeply loved. I also have extensive experience supporting breastfeeding alongside sleep, which I know can feel uniquely tricky to balance.
Sleep is a skill, and your child can learn it. Helping your child sleep independently is not harmful—it’s empowering. This isn’t about “cry it out.” It’s about teaching a lifelong skill with empathy, consistency, and care. Some protest can happen with change, and that doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. With the right guidance, it’s typically brief, safe, and part of learning.
What makes this work isn’t just the method—it’s the support. Having a coach means you’re not second‑guessing yourself, pivoting at every tough moment, or starting over after one hard night. I’m here to guide you, reassure you, and help you stay consistent so the changes actually stick—for good.
There is another side to this: clearer days, calmer nights, and a more rested, confident version of you. And you don’t have to get there alone.
